Hill House Chamber Players

Hill House Chamber Players , pianist MaryJo Gothmann,violinist Julie Ayer and cellist Tanya Remenikova, are proud and excited to open our 36th season with one concert in beautiful Sundin Hall at Hamline University. Due to Covid restrictions, we regretfully are unable to offer our fall concert at the James J Hill House, but hope to return for the rest of the season.

The date is October 24, 3 pm. For the safety of our guests, masks and proof of vaccination are required, and seating is limited to 50% capacity. This is in line with the Schubert Club, Minnesota Orchestra and all the performing arts at this time.

Our popular pre-concert talk with Emily Hogstad will begin at 2:30 pm.

We can't wait to perform for you again. We have missed everyone and hope you enjoy this temporary change in venue. The concert will be played without intermission.

The program includes Astor Piazzolla Primavera Portena, Ludwig van Beethoven, the 'Archduke", Piano trio, Opus 97, and Claude Debussy Piano Trio in G Major, written when he was only 18 years old!
