Master of Gravity: Dr. Dan Bennett will have both amazed & laughing
Antics & Semantics is Dan Bennett's unique brand of comedy. It is a fast paced tour de force of original routines, phyisical feats, unique juggling,
and smart stand-up.
Audiences will get involved with Dan's humorous participation games and laugh continuously with his side splitting comedy. Mr. Bennett incorporates his background in Science and Mathematics and demonstrates the physics of funny. As a former calculus instructor, Dan uses hilarious anecdotes and his experience as a teacher to entertain and educate in a very humorous combination.
His rapier wit and multi-tasking demonstrations of coordination can best be described as 'Diagonally parked in a Parallel Universes.' Dan's repertoire is vast and every show is different. You will never forget the amazing skill and extreme comedy of Dan Bennett, the name you can swear by.
Just how amazing is he? Michael Jordan says that Dan is the worlds best ball handler because hes the only person hes ever known to spin two basketballs simultaneously with one finger. Not only that, but you have never seen a man have so much fun with a toilet plunger. Or how he can catch a bowling ball with his head. Yeah, pretty amazing.
All of our shows are clean comedy. About a third of our audience is families with kids, but the rest are mostly couple all across the age spectrum enjoying date night. The fun starts promptly at 7:30 with the swearing in of the newbies to our audience of clean comedy lovers. After that, Monte Benjamin will grab the mc and warm of the crowd with interesting stores that will likely have you laughing like you haven't in a long, long, time.
