Monday Night Guest Speaker: Nikki Adkins
Each Monday night at 7:30pm (EDT) the Playwrights Lab at Hollins University and Mill Mountain Theatre present a talk by a prominent working professional theatre artist. This year, due to ongoing pandemic restrictions the Monday Night Guest Speaker Series will be presented live via Zoom.

This week's guest is Nicole B. Adkins  playwright, educator.

Adkins is core visiting faculty with The Playwrights Lab at Hollins University. Her adaptation of the award-winning picture book A Sick Day for Amos McGee was featured at the TYA/USA Festival and Conference and at Alliance Theatre as part of their Toddler Takeover Festival in 2019. Adkins holds an M.F.A. in childrens literature from Hollins, is a part-time assistant professor at Kennesaw University, and a member of the Dramatists Guild, Working Title Playwrights, and TYA/USA.

ONLINE TICKET SALES WILL END 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE EVENT START TIME.

After making your reservation, you will get an email with a confirmation of your request, but it won't include the Zoom link or event instructions. YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE THE EVENT WITH THE LINK TO THE PERFORMANCE and any additional directions specific to the event.

You can join the event up to 15 minutes before the start time. Running time is approximately 90 minutes, including the Q&A. DON'T LIVE ON THE EAST COAST? PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE TIME DIFFERENCE!
