Sound Circle Solstice: Woke Up This Morning
Online sales have ended for all performances (as have sales at Boulder Body Wear). There will be a small number of tickets available at the door for Saturday and Sunday--about a dozen each night. Box office opens one hour before the concert.
The Sound Circle Solstice Concerts are about being in the beauty of the natural world at this particular moment of the year. This year's concert is a meditation on sleeping, dreaming, and waking. It is about the power and beauty of darkness within and without. It is about the profound experience of waking up, in the many ways that awakening happens in a human life and in the annual cycles of the world. The goal is to offer our audiences an intimate and nourishing musical experience at this traditionally stressful time of year.
