SHEA FREEDOM With mainstage performances in England, Wales, France & the USA. Shea Freedom is quickly becoming one of the worlds favorite Black Transmen.
Having emancipated into homelessness from the California State Foster Care System, Freedom used his gift of music to get himself off the streets and onto stages where he advocates for Foster Youth, environmental issues and human equality.
He is the creator of TRANScend 101 workshop which has been hosted at festivals and by various organizations across the world. TRANScend 101 invites participants to explore the SACRED roles held throughout the world and its history by transgender / gender non conforming people.
As a keynote speaker his past clients have included Mental Health of America and the California State Foster Parent Association.
in 2019 Freedom was invited to Lascaux II in Lascaux, France to film his song Water is Life.
WYNTER STORM A Queen of many crowns or hats.. Wynter has been a Poet, and published author since the age of eight. Having her first poem published in second grade, Poetry was the first time she felt like she could express herself with meaning and purpose. Wynter made her debut in the 2018-19 Salt Lake City Slam Poetry Season and made the team in the same year. She creates poems about justice, healing, love, self love, queerness, and the power to overcome.
Wynter is the cofounder of Utah Black Artists Collective (UBLAC.)
She is the 2018 Ogden Pride Poetry Slam winner. And a member of the 2019 Salt Lake City Slam team where she went on to be a 2019 Salt Lake City Pride Finalist, 2019 Ogden Pride Finalist, a Rustbelt Team finalist; and a Southwest Shootout team finalist.
Music and Poetry are healing, and that is her personal mission; to help heal our land one New Moment at a time through poetry.
HONEY A powerful independent, Black/Indigenous woman and audio engineer. Honey is a community member, performing artist and an Inspirational Advocate here in Salt Lake City, Utah. With past performances at Weber State University, Utah Cultural Celebration Center and many more. This an artist you won't want to miss.
