Come along as Chef Corso of MONTyBOCA shares some fast, easy and tasty recipes using fresh, real ingredients.
For this session, we will be cooking up a couple tasty recipes for your Spring treks plus basic camping stove equipment knowledge, packing tips and other cooking camp hacks. This is a cook-along session and recipes will be sent out prior to the date so you can cook along with Chef Corso!
MONTyBOCA(mountainxmouth) is led by Chef Corso, a classically trained chef, training in Napa Valley and Northern Italy. He enjoys the outdoors much more than a fine dining kitchen and hes here to put you on the path to great meals anywhere. MONTyBOCA provides recipes, meals plans and cookbooks and is based in Seattle, WA.
