Join us for the second installment of our fireside chats! This month, well be joined by Lizzy Diaz-Ortiz, VP, Senior Advisor, Governance & Inclusion at BMO Harris Bank. Lizzy is an accomplished attorney with deep expertise in many areas, including helping drive diversity and inclusion programs and fostering cultural change. In our chat, well cover topics such as what fuels Lizzys commitment to diversity, the common mistakes she sees companies or firms make when trying to address DE&I, and tips we can all implement in helping create a more diverse and inclusive workplace. This session will be interactive, so come with any questions that may be at the top of your mind on these important topics.
