This month's event will be celebrating Irish Whiskey and its place in history. There is some debate as to whether it originated in Scotland or Ireland (there is some evidence it originated in Ireland), but we will be celebrating its Irish roots and creating two delicious cocktails featuring Irish Whiskey, a fun shot to keep in your pocket and a bonus drink to get the evening started!
