Mentorship: How to Identify, Build, and Leverage Your Connections
Please join us for a lunch discussion focusing on mentorship. Well consider the differences between mentors, advocates, and sponsors, how to cultivate your relationships (both within a formal mentoring program and organically developing relationships), the basics for maximizing your relationships, and the building blocks for effective connections. As always, bring any mentorship-related or connection-building questions youd like to the discuss. In addition, the Mentoring Circles Committee will circulate an anonymous survey beforehand to help guide our discussion.
