Online Event: Life Skills for Teens
Sweet Potatoes and Black Beans is offering a free online course titled Life Skills for Teens in 2021, starting on March 3rd. The online course will take place weekly starting on the first Thursday of March, and it is targeted at teens ages 13-17.
The online course will be composed of six classes in total, each focused on a different set of useful life skills for teens. Topics include money management, effective communication, sewing, and dental care.
Its hard to dispute the usefulness of these skills for those who are just a few years away from becoming adults. After all, knowing the principles of proper communication can be beneficial to a wide range of aspects of ones life. While proper dental care and prevention are crucial for maintaining ones health.
Dental work never holds up as well as your own tooth structure in the long term, not even when performed by the best dentist money can afford. Thanks to that, getting less dental work is generally better for your health, as explained by SmileCareDental.ca.
Life Skills for Teens classes will begin on March 3rd and take place weekly up to April 7th. Registrations are available on Eventbrite, at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/life-skills-for-teens-tickets-138294264869.
All classes will be held online
