Introduction to Health Qigong with Sue Guest
Celebrate Chinese New Year with some Health Qigong
Join the Boundary Way community and local Health Qigong Instructor Sue Guest to for a morning of gentle movement to celebrate the Year of the Ox
Health Qigong is an ancient Chinese meditative practice which uses slow graceful movements and focus on the breath to promote the smooth flow of qi throughout the body. It helps to improve the respiratory system, limb strength, flexibility of the joints and enhance general balance.
The session is suitable for all abilities, everyone welcome. The session costs just £2.50 (per household) and must be reserved in advance. Please reserve your place via the ticket link. Participants will be sent an email with a zoom link to join, in advance of the event.
