This is a series of eye exercises to both strengthen the eyes and help balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain. As in yoga, active poses alternate with rest poses to give the muscles their most optimal use. Most of these poses are seated and can be done from a chair, a cushion, or in a seated position on the floor.
