James Beard's America:
James Beard was an American icon, by turns informational, inspirational and snarky. A totally package, muse-wise, for a boy from the Upstate restaurant sticks. As it were.
This PopUp will explore the weirdly comforting world of American Food and Drink (including the rarely seen CornFlake-Fried Chicken from way back when!) accompanied by live Americana music by Easy Leaves.
Now giddyup and buy yer tickets!

passed appetizers:
-little warm deviled ham sandwiches with fontina and Dijon
-bite-sized frito pies
-smoked salmon stuffed eggs
-crispy fried shrimp with old-school cocktail sauce
buffet:
-corn-flake fried chicken
-slap-yer-mama biscuits
-clams casino with bacon, peppers and onions
-mama d's meatloaf with mashed potatoes
-waldorf salad: farmer dennis' little gems with heirloom apples/giacomini blue/dijon vinaigrette
-a nice crudite with housemade ranch dressing
