The Broad Humor Film Festival
The Broad Humor Film Festival spotlights comedies written and directed by women. The festival runs from Friday to Sunday, June 30-July 2 2006. The range of humor in the films extends from farce to romance, documentary to spoof. Shorts and features in both a regular and no-budget competition will all aim to put a smile on your face.
There will be screenings, panels, an opening night party and screening and a closing night awards ceremony. You can purchase all-screening passes and all-event passes online.
All-screening passes ($15) admit you to all the films shown from Friday evening, June 30 through Sunday, July 2 in both the Electric Lodge Theater and Epoxy Box Gallery space.
All-event passes ($25) admit you to all the films, panels, parties, as well as the closing night awards Ceremony. A special after-party at the Apple Store, 3rd Street Promenade is scheduled for Saturday evening and will be open to filmmakers and all-event Pass holders only.
