Lisa Redfern brings three talented Maine songwriters to perform in an intimate, unplugged setting in Frontier's theatre for an evening of compelling songs and stories.

LISA REDFERN
An award-winning singer-songwriter who just released her 9th solo recording, Lisa blends her roots in all forms of Americana music to create something unmistakably her own. For over 25 years, Lisa has brought joy and comfort to listeners of all ages. After opening for Livingston Taylor, he commented to her "Wow, I haven't heard a voice like yours in 30 years, you sound like the original women of folk."

CHRISTIAN CUFF
Christian Cuff is renowned for live performances that deftly blend light-spirited banter with powerhouse pieces that are at times dark, brooding and aggressive. His music draws its roots in the rugged coastline of Maine and the streets of New York City, and these backgrounds are reflected in the honesty, raw emotion, and quick wit inherent in Cuff's work. His music drives and pushes forward, combining entrancing harmonies, eclectic instrumentation and intricate rhythms into complex pieces that buzz with energy.

Jenny Van West's songs hit with passion and humor on the many facets of human vulnerability, and are delivered with potent stage presence and vocal horsepower listeners have compared to Alison Krauss and Emmy Lou Harris. DOUG KOLMAR
Originally from New York City, Doug Kolmar grew up surrounding by the sounds of Broadway and Tin Pan Alley. After over 10 years in Maine, his songs feature blues/folk fingerstyle guitar arrangements and pastroal imagery reflective of his adopted home, yet retain the lyrical sophistication and urbane wit of his city roots. Doug has released two solo CDs and is working on his third.
