One of the most bizarre oddities in the history of film, THE TERROR OF TINY TOWN is there's no other way to put this the one and only all-midget Western. Though we're sure the cast was exploited in many ways (this was 1938 after all) and it's full of size-oriented gags, the film doesn't scream of exploitation because there are no average sized people during most of the film. While the plot is pretty typical for a Western, the overall effect of casting the film with only little people is totally surreal.
