Mindful Tuesdays For Musicians December

Calling all musicians! Come together on Mindful Tuesdays to relax and find calm, inspiration and new perspectives with mindfulness practice. Weekly online drop-in sessions include guided meditations, input on mindfulness, and time for musicians to connect and share their questions, experiences and ceative projects.

Musicians with or without previous experience in mindfulness practice are welcome! Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time - feel free to bring a cup of tea!

Facilitated by Susanne Olbrich who is a pianist, music educator and experienced mindfulness teacher. Susanne has an ongoing fascination with exploring mindfulness and music alongside each other, and she is passionate about sharing mindfulness practice with other musicians. She recently completed a Master's in Mindfulness with the University of Aberdeen, the subject of her thesis was "Mindfulness and Musical Creativity".
