PIRATE PORN AND QUEER CRITIQUE
Slip on your eye patch and a fix your peg leg. It is time for Pirate Porn at Femina Potens! Femina Potens invites you to dress as your gnarliest pirate and win a chance to be an extra on one of Madison Young's next adult videos! Other prizes include amazing sex toys from our friends at Smitten Kitten. Popcorn will flow freely as well as cheap beer as we settle in to watch Pirates 2, Stagnetti's Revenge. All audience members will be given a score sheet in order to rate the film for sex positivity, artistic merit, female positivity, and queer visibility. Afterwards our pirate brigade will talk about the film in relation to other mainstream porn and queer politics.
