Alegria
The Spanish Renaissance produced some of the most poignantly beautiful music imaginable, but also much that is infectiously joyful, especially the effervescent ensaladas of Mateo Flecha. Sixteen voices along with viols and sackbuts will reverberate throughout the concert. Mary Springfels (viola da gamba) and Peter Maund (percussion) are our special guests. ¡Bailamos!
