It's been a bumpy road, but 2020 is heading into its final months, and with that comes review season. Reviews have the potential to affect things like your salary or overall career trajectory. We want to help you be as prepared as possible. Join us for a panel discussion, which will be the first in a series of events devoted exclusively to this important topic.
Our panelists will be Anthoula Pomrening, IP Counsel at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab; Laurel Palluzi, Senior Counsel and Director of Legal Operations at Elastic; and Kiran Advani, Chief Attorney at Chicago Transit Authority. These three women will offer insights into three different types of reviews: traditional law firm reviews, traditional in-house reviews, and non-traditional in-house reviews. Our discussion will cover topics including what the process looks like from the reviewer's side of the table and best practices for preparing for and getting the most out of your review.
