California Section, ACS Virtual Meeting - Weds., Nov.18th, 2020@5:00 pm (PDT)-"Improving Stormwater & Wastewater Removal of Contaminants Using Low-cost Composites"
Professor Ray designs, characterizes and applies low-cost composites (e.g., adsorbents, functionalized polymers, modified membranes) for selective removal of contaminants in stormwater and wastewater. Dr. Ray also applies this research to investigate ways to recover nutrients and other valuable materials from wastes. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A.
