A Far Cry Performs in Jamaica Plain!
This will be a special concert to benefit the non-profit organizations of Bikes not Bombs and the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. A Far Cry will be performing 3 pieces from 3 different periods:
* Golijov: Last Round - "...a sublimated tango dance".
* Handel: Concerto Grosso, Op.6 #6 - A beautiful collection of various Baroque dances...
* Tchaikovsky: Serenade for Strings - A classic romantic standard of the 19th century!
Come take part in A Far Cry's debut community performance!
ABOUT THE TICKETS: Please buy tickets at the price of your choice. 100% of ticket sales will be donated to Bikes not Bombs and the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
