Join her as she takes you through a complete transformational experience.
We we will be diving into all aspects of wellness over the course of six weeks.
This retreat includes:

- J.A.H. Nutrition Release Technique Dance class.
-Stress management techniques.
-Confidence and self efficacy coaching
-Find your personal outward expression with a guest stylist
-Your individual holistic wellness prescription and other goodies along the way!
