Jasmine Harlin of J.A.H. Nutrition is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Life Style Wellness Coach with a B.F.A. in dance performance. Join her as she takes you through a complete transformational experience. We we will be diving into all aspects of wellness over the course of six weeks. This retreat includes: -Holistic Nutrition food plan -Mindful eating course - J.A.H. Nutrition Release Technique Dance class. -Stress management techniques. -Confidence and self efficacy coaching -Find your personal outward expression with a guest stylist -Your individual holistic wellness prescription and other goodies along the way!
When: Every Monday Oct 19th- Nov 23rd.(6 weeks) 7pm-8:15 pm Where: From the comfort of your own home via zoom.
