2008 Waterloo Festival for Animated Cinema - THE PIANO FOREST
Shuuhei Amamiya, a rich boy from Tokyo, moves to the countryside at the beginning of summer to be closer to his sick grandmother. When he introduces himself to his class and tells them how he dreams of becoming a professional pianist, he gets bullied and is dared go into the forest to find a local legend a haunted piano! But unexpectedly, one of the local boys sticks up for Shuuhei and tells them that the piano was no legend that it was real.
