Reggae for Haiti, a benefit for Haitian flood relief
SPACE teams up with Peace Action Maine to present a benefit for Haitian flood relief featuring Baraka Oyuru from the Wailers Band, Jamaican vocal sensation Fitzie Niceness, Portlands legendary Mystic Vibes, Tuf (featuring members of Rockin Vibration) and and DJ Lukaduke from Cognizant Sound. The proceeds of this benefit will be donated to humanitarian relief for the flood-ravaged people of Haiti. Haiti has been struck by a series of tropical hurricanes, which have breached a number of dams on the island, leaving the residents in need of assistance through humanitarian aid.
