From December 25, 2013 The opening night screening at the Northern Virginia Jewish Film Festival in April sold out! Here's your chance to enjoy Hava Nagila (The Movie), a documentary romp through the history, mystery and meaning of the great Jewish standard. Featuring interviews with Harry Belafonte, Leonard Nimoy, Connie Francis, Glen Campbell and more, the film follows the ubiquitous party song on its fascinating journey.
Join us in some Israeli dancing with Markid Mike following the film.
J Fest from 11am-3pm: Join your friends, family and community for a day of spectacular fun, food and entertainment! Highlights include: Kosher food available for purchase, arts and crafts, music, wild & crazy games and activities, moon bounce and other inflatables, community service project, face painting, balloon artist and more!
J Fest fee per family (up to 6 people): $20/$15 JCCNV member. J Fest participants receive free admission to the screening of Hava Nagila (The Movie) following the J Fest activities.
Film event at 3pm: $9/$6 JCCNV member, seniors, students, children
