Sarcassy Sneek's Halloween Hedonism
It's all hallows eve and the spirits are on the move, forget things that go bump in the night..forget pumpkins forget ghosts and ghouls and get your rattling burlesque bones along to the Shed for a night of humorous horror and the hottest of hellcats . Bringing the best tricks and treats in town Sarcassy presents the most hedonistic of Halloweens. Raising the devil with our haunted hostess are the hairy hurricane Billy Kirkwood, fire goddess Cat Aclysmic, asylum escapees Dignitas, concept puppeteers Spangled Shadow and Scotland's very own naked Monroe, Poppy La Pilule. With acts still to be announced, let's raise some hell.

Billy Kirkwood
Sarcassy is squirming with excitement in announcing headliner Billy Kirkwood. Billy sets a whole new bar on the Scottish comedy scene, bringing psychotic energy, mischief and hysteria to the stage with his stand up comedy routines. Kirkwood burst into stand up in 2005. Quickly establishing himself as one of the United Kingdom's most watchable and versatile acts with a loveable on-stage presence that see's an expanding ever cult following thanks to his hysterical inventive energetic stand up performances, unique ability to make anything funny, mixed with an unbridled mischievous streak that's charms audiences the world over. This loveable cult leader is not to be missed.

A firm favourite in Sarcassy's soiree's and back by popular demand "Cat Aclysmic is the ultimate Southern Belle gone bad, born and raised in the heart of Dixie, this tattooed temptress left her homeland to raise a little havoc on UK shores." This Halloween we'll be worshipping at the altar of the Very Reverend Cat, don't confess your sins to this clergical coquette just get out there and make many new ones.

Southside asylum escapees Uncle Rusty Steelman and Squiby Lockhart will be squirming out of their straight jackets for the eve to deliver their deviantly descant ditties, written during their residence at Sunny Meadows Rehabilitation Centre for the mentally disturbed and socially diseased, their therapeutic themes have had audiences in, well rehabilitation mostly. Believe me these words are far better kept in song than they are in action. Satan's own sons, on holiday from hell.. Two men, one love.
Poppy La Pilule
Edinburgh based firecracker Poppy La Pilule channels the spirit of Marilyn Monroe in looks and in essence. Paul Ross and Emma Fork will be bringing a twist to the evening, All Hallow's Eve and the things moving in the shadows might not be all you'd expect. On the back of the recent success of Subtraction Jack at The Art School, these concept puppeteers are a must watch for uniqueness on the burlesque and cabaret scene.
