A Newborn Child: Cantatas and Carols for Christmas
The 2008 Christmas Concert, "A Newborn Child: Cantatas and Carols for Christmas" will be performed by the Southern Delaware Choral Society and will feature music from the Baroque era including works by Tunder, Ahle, Erlebach, Buxtehude and Monteverdi with traditional carols. There will be two performances. The first will be on Saturday, December 13th at 7pm at Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church in Seaford, DE. On December 14th at 3pm the concert will be hosted by St. Edmond's Roman Catholic Church in Rehoboth Beach, DE.
