This fascinating documentary explores the controversial U.S. Mexican government Bracero Program, which granted temporary work contracts to millions of Mexican laborers between 1942 and 1964. The stories of five braceros come alive with vivid interviews and extensive archival photography. The contradicting opinions on the program's benefits and problems reflect on contemporary immigration debates.

Este apasionante documental explora el controversial programa de contratacion de braceros organizado por los gobiernos de los Estados Unidos y Mexico entre los anos 40 y 60 del siglo pasado. Las historias de cinco braceros son contadas de manera lucida a travus de entrevistas y un extenso material de archivo.
