Summer Virtual Class
With Summer upon us, the Farmers Markets are full and two of my summer favorites are hitting their peak! So join me as we celebrate tomatoes and peaches.
Unfortunately, we can't meet face to face, but we will meet virtually via Zoom. With the virtual class, we will send out the shopping list ahead of the class so you can get everything to cook along and make dinner for a Saturday night. Or, just watch as we go along.
We will start with a Peach Salsa with chips. This makes a wonderful summer appetizer. Next we will feature tomatoes as we make the Pont du Gard Tomato Salad. This is a dish we had visiting the south of France with a picnic lunch by the Pont du Gard.
For our main dish, we will make stovetop grilled pork chops with a peach glaze.
