Big Band Explosion Concert
The City of Newnan Cultural Arts Commission has announced a fall concert to be held Friday, September 20 at the Wadsworth Auditorium. Big Band Explosion will feature Night Train, a 17-piece band who will perform an evening of big band, jazz, and swing hits from the 40s through today. According to bandleader Perry Peek, Night Train is "a big band that swings in the style of an era when bandleaders were the kings of swing."
