ONLINE: Kink In... Color/ Femme/ Queer
NOTE: This will be an online class via Zoom. Zoom information will be sent to all participants one hour before the event.

Mainstream depictions of kink center on white cismen dominating white femme/ciswomen submissives. This blatant erasure of femme folx in power, people of color, and non-cis people paints the misconception that these populations of people don't kink and that there are no kink communities for them. This workshop will expose participants to kinksters with intersecting minority identities, uncover the motivations and liberation within kink, and generate discussion to make the kink community more inclusive.
PRESENTER:
Shanae "HonestlyNae" Adams, MA, LPCC, CIGT (pronouns she/they) serves her community in a variety of ways including therapist, educator, and sex-positive enthusiast. Her mission is sexuality normalization, explanation, and melaninated representation. Her passion revolves around the liberation of embracing sexuality. She is known for her dynamic workshops, sex-positive mindset, and eliminating the "taboo" surrounding sex and sexuality. Her Domme persona Syre (pronouns they/them) is a sensual bratty vampire. Their domme motivation is earning your submission through intentional trust building. Their specialties are sensation play, including impact and electro play, as well as psychological domination and brat breaking. Their favorite tributes are cash and prosecco.
