Crescent Heights resident Greg Gunhold is the composer and arranger for the GUNN Blues Band who will be covering popular blues acts with unique arrangements as well as original material at this OUTDOOR concert. By reserving ticket(s) I agree that I will CANCEL my tickets and NOT ATTEND the concert if I answer YES to any of the following questions:

1. If I or anyone else in my ticket cohort have any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat and/or runny nose.

2. If I or anyone else in my ticket cohort have returned to Canada from outside the country within the 14 days prior to the concert.

3. If I or anyone else in my ticket cohort have been in close contact with someone who has a probable or confirmed case of Covid-19.

If you answer YES to any of these questions, you are not permitted to attend and you must self-isolate.

Additionally, by reserving tickets I agree that I and anyone in my cohort will WEAR A MASK for the duration of the event.
