Mindful Resilience Women's Support Group
This is a four week Mindfulness Group Experience just for women who have been in a harmful relationship that left you reeling and unable to sort out your thoughts and feelings.
We will learn how to abandon the victim role and try on new roles that foster creativity and spontanaity - the two skills needed to replace old patterns of enabling and fawning, with resilience and confidence.
Group members will serve one another as you share together and work together to find peace from your similar situations.
We will use Mary's unique embodied mindfulness techniques as well as drawing from psychodrama, art-making, breathwork, tapping and whatever else the group feels a need to experience together on this group journey toward mindful resilience!
The group will meet for four consecutive Monday evenings in July. Participants must be able to commit to all four meetings for the sake of group cohesiveness and safety.

July 6 7-9 pm
July 13 7-9 pm
July 20 7-9 pm
July 27 7-9 pm
The cost is $48 for all four weeks.
