CHI's 4th Annual Fall Benefit Dinner
Each year Children's Humanitarian International (CHI) holds their annual benefit dinner in the lovely town of Sebastopol. Located in West Sonoma County, just fifty miles north of San Francisco and in the heart of wine country, Sebastopol has small town charm and lends itself well to a grass-roots organization like CHI.
The event is run completely by volunteers and starts with a wonderful wine and cheese pairing reception, featuring a wide selection of elegant local wines and tasteful local cheeses. Following the reception is a fantastic gourmet catered dinner featuring a wide selection of African dishes. All of our foods are donated by local stores and farm stands.
Throughout the dinner there is a silent auction featuring an assortment of items including hand crafted African jewelry, artwork, books, gift cards, admission tickets to local attractions and of coursesome of the best wines Sonoma, Napa, and other local counties have to offer.
Remember, this dinner is a fundraiser and all proceeds go directly to helping sustain CHI's local, national, and international programs. CHI has had three successful annual dinners, meeting their goal each year; let's make this a wonderful 4th year.
