ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS We love romantic comedies! Heather Hughes and Kate Wharton have been writing comedy scripts together for over 12 years and have worked with Disney, Hallmark, and Lifetime, as well as a plethora of local indie filmmakers. They are represented by The Nethercott Agency in Los Angeles. They are both graduates of TheFilmSchool in Seattle and studied with the late, great Blake Snyder (author of Save the Cat.) They love comedies of all forms, but have a star-crossed love of rom-coms. They complete us.
