El Paso Roller Derby presents Certifiable Derby Training with Helen Wheels from the Denver Roller Dolls!!!
When: Saturday, October 5th.

$20.00 Spectator/Coach
Ages: 18 & Over
Training Times:
10am-12pm Training
12pm-1pm Lunch
2-3pm Training
3-5pm Scrimmage
All skaters will need to bring a black and white shirt for scrimmaging.
Training will include:
Offense
Defense
Transitions between O & D
Power Jams (negative & positive)
Walls
Backward Blocking (when & where)
Initial Pass & Subsequent Passes
