Whether youre looking to keep yourself healthy through a pandemic, interested in losing weight, or improving your quality of life, this introductory class is for you! Learn the correlation between food and disease and how easy and delicious it is to turn your health around. Participate virtually in this live food demo showing three simple, inexpensive, and tasty plant-based meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
**Class will be delivered live via Zoom and is free to participate, but registration is required. The Zoom link will be emailed 24 hours prior to class.
