ONLINE: Yoga for Bondage and Sex

Yoga is a natural practice for both bondage and sex because it's all about opening the body up, learning balance, and getting in touch with ourselves. Flexibility, stamina, mental clarity, increased strength, balance, and stress release are all benefits of cultivating a yoga practice and can help set the stage for intimacy and deeper play. By directing our mental and physical energy through different parts of our body we can help unlock sticky areas keeping us from enjoying our physical play, and we may uncover emotional blocks that have been manifesting physically as well. In this class we will do several sequences, some geared towards warm-up and aftercare, and some for specific goals such as balance, spine flexibility, and hip opening. All poses are optional, and alternatives for comfort, physical barriers, and all experience levels are offered as well-- no stress, just flow where you are today. This is a safe space to get in touch with our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves through guided poses designed to open us to our personal intentions-- come comfortable, in clothing ready to move, bring a mat, a towel or small blanket, and a water bottle. This class is presented from a humanistic standpoint and is not geared towards any religious or spiritual practice, and is welcoming to persons of all faiths and beliefs.
PRESENTER:
Klawdya Rothschild is a fetish artist and veteran kink lifestyle educator known for her self-bondage and extreme aerial performances as well as her latex bespoke company Klawtex. A strong believer in physical conditioning to advance your play as well as condition the mind and heal the body, Klawdya has taught bondage and yoga at Black Rose, Shibaricon, TESFest, Dark Odyssey, and performed at Diabolique, Leather Archives and Museum, DomCon, Hardtied.com, Kink.com, and can be found in Rope Bondage and Power and Shibari You Can Use by Lee Harrington. Klawdya studied yoga in Rishikesh, India, receiving her certifications in Kundalini yoga, Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa yoga, Klawdya focuses on yoga for stamina, flexibility and aftercare with sequences and variations for all experience levels and all bodies.
