Krav Maga Back-to-School Women's Self-Defense Class
Krav Maga Eastside will be hosting its Women's Back to School Self Defense Course. The seminar will focus on self-awareness and personal safety. Rape prevention techniques and tactics will be discussed and demonstrated. Learn to spot danger signs and defend yourself when no danger signs are given. It will emphasize realistic scenarios and defenses including chokes, grabs, bear hugs, fighting on the ground and what to do when confronted by a weapon. The seminar is for women only, ages 16 and above. A parent must be present if under the age of 18. A signed waiver is required to participate and will be made available at the beginning of class. This is a great course for college students!
