Compassionate Listening is focused on five core practices - cultivate compassion for self and others, develop mindfulness to manage triggers and judgments, respect self and others, and Listen and then Speak from the heart. In this interactive session you'll get to experience the power of this practice.
Your facilitator, Susan Partnow, is a Sr. Facilitator and Network Weaver for the Compassionate Listening project. She brings a wealth of experience in the US and around the world and has a rich background in dialogue, peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and restorative justice.
