This venue is located in a private residence. All attendees must have paid tickets (email receipt, mobile tickets, or self-print tickets are acceptable). Tickets will only be made available at the door if seating is available.
Online ticket sales will end 48hrs prior to the event. The number of available $12 walk-up tickets will be publicized on the venue website if made available. Walk-up tickets will be cash only.

There will be light refreshments available, but beer & wine are BYOB. Please take note that this is a private concert, not a house party, and be respectful of the venue owners when you consider what you bring.
