COVID cancelled/Gardyloo! at AMC
George, from East Lothian, having sold out in 2019 returns to AMC with more self-penned songs about the places and characters found along the Firth of Forth coastline with themes varying from the humorous to the serious. As a well known performer around local folk clubs, George often appears as the main act and can be found in the popular open mic sessions. He has opened for artists such as Adam McNaughtan, Barluath and Isla St Clair, has won the Glenfarg Song Contest three times and the Audience Vote twice in the annual Edinburgh Folk Club Songwriting Competition.
