Mozart Requiem
The choirs of Holy Family prepare for Holy Week through the music of Mozart's timeless Requiem. Mozart is said to have written the Requiem for his own death as he never finished it. Consequently, his Requiem was performed for his own funeral.
The children's choirs and Holy Family High School will be performing special selections in keeping with the Lenten season. The concert will also feature special performances by the Philippine Chamber Singers of Los Angeles and the Glendale Youth Symphony. The performance will be conducted by Adán Fernández, director of music at Holy Family Catholic Church.
