PASTORAL PERFECTION
On ________, the Moravian Music Foundation (MMF) will host an intimate chamber concert by members of the Winston-Salem Symphony performing Beethovens Sixth Symphony, the Pastoral Symphony. Sixth Symphony in F Major Pastoral (op. 68, 1808). The arrangement (1810) is by Michael Gotthard Fischer, a contemporary of Beethoven. This first edition is from the archival collections of the Moravian Music Foundation, first performed in Salem, NC over 200 years ago! Limited seating.
