"A hip, unstuffy and malleable group of high-quality chamber musicians(SF Classical Voice). Founded in 2013, Ensemble SF draws its musicians from the SF Symphony, Ballet & Opera Orchestras. Recent performances have taken the ensemble to Herbst Theater, Bing Concert Hall (Stanford), Old First Concerts, Berkeley Chamber Performances, S.F. Symphony Chamber Music Sundaes, Maybeck Studio,Throckmorten Theater, and UCSF Chancellor's Concert Series. Honoring the 250th birthday of Beethoven, the program features Beethovens Eyeglass Duo, String Trio Op. 9, #1 plus Schumanns Piano Quartet Op. 47. The performers are violinist Rebecca Jackson; violist Jessica Chang ; cellist Jonah Kim; pianist Elizabeth Schumann.
