Sound Healing
Sound is a beautiful way to connect, heal and rest.
In this sound healing event you will experience an hour of deep healing and relaxation using the sound current and vibration from Quartz Crystal Bowls, Tibetan bowls, Chimes, Drums and More. This is a very supportive time for healing and growth.
Stacie/Arvind Rama Kaur is a certified sound healer and has the gift and love that support this deep healing work. She has been a practitioner in the art of sound for many years, and works to provide a space of deep healing for all.
Please bring anything you need to lay comfortably, blankets, eye pillows, pillow a yoga mat. With the exception of the opening breath work and Meditation you will be laying down on your mat.
This is a monthly event held in the heart of Sherwood at Element Dance Studio.
