Sarah Ittoop: "Stay Classy"

Timeless love songs in a not enough time kind of city.

When everyone is rushed and NYC dating is not all love songs, this show takes time to explore classic and current love songs, with a modern womans perspective and a jazzy twist.

Pairing timeless jazz classics with modern songs, we see how not much changes with time in the world of love and song.

Merging idealist love (ie: Embraceable You) with the realities of love in NY (ie: Rihannas Unfaithful), this is a love songbook with a downtown city girl's twist.

With her classical training and love of jazz and pop, Ms. Ittoop takes songs from legendary artists and puts her unique sound on the greats. Originally from North Carolina, Ms.Ittoop is a trained lyric soprano who currently resides and performs in New York. As a versatile singer, Ms. Ittoop is not only known for her operatic singing but also her soulful and warm style.

Recently seen in an all-female, written and directed opera, Friday After Friday in NYC, Ms. Ittoop easily switches from classical and modern opera to American classics and standards.
