There's more to an Anne Hills concert than
meets the eye...and that's what meets the ear.
Everyone comes away from Anne's performances with something
different. Some are enchanted by her voice...that sweet voice that stays with you for weeks before departing as just a gossamer memory. Others are moved by her messages...words that kindle hope, love, peace. For still others, it's a visual delight to watch Anne become one with her audience.
That's not to say that she can't be appropriately whimsical and irreverent and can't bring down the house in roaring laughter three minutes after she's had everyone crying. Anne is as entertaining as she is relevant. Always singing directly to you. Always looking straight at you.
Anne's concern and commitment to planet Earth and to the people who live here could be the subject of a book, and probably will be in our lifetime. She is legendary for her benefit work and hands-on involvement in causes that help improve the lives of underprivileged and overlooked people around the world.
