An Afternoon with the Master - Camerata sings Mozart
Mozart's vibrant Coronation Mass is one of the most popular settings of all time. Having premiered at the coronation of Emperor Francis II, it quickly became the popular choice for celebratory and thanksgiving events of the court. Join Camerata California to welcome the '20's with this upbeat and vibrant masterwork.
Camerata will also sing the Regina Coeli (k. 276) and will join soprano Robin Fisher in the incomparably beautiful Laudate Dominum from the Solemn Vespers of the Confessor.
Fisher will be joined by Burr Phillips and Valerie Loera in a selection of Mozart's popular opera scenes.
